Hi MR, Is this barrel safe to store RO or to mix and store saltwater? it was used to transfer flex seed oil and it has markings "FBOD"

Yes. thats from the guy in West Hempstead right? I bought one from him. I pressure washed the hell out of it. Like new.

If the container is used to store food for human consumtion it is safe to store Ro water and saltwater. Not sure what's your concern. I don't think FBOD have anything to do with the contents..

I had some Fellow LIRA members ask for his contact. When I talked to him he told me he only wanted to do sales through eBay. His eBay user is "Ben-andi" I think his name was Nick. Very nice older gentleman.

I met him yesterday very nice guy but he does not want to deal direct only via ebay and only accept paypal. I was paying him 15 cash for one extra barrel and he said only via paypal. Its weird but I don't mind what ever he feels comfortable with. I picked up one and picking up one more today.
