yes they reporduce fast. if able to pull out rocks that have zoa's on them and dip thats where i would start. also pending what other fish are in the tank can put a sixline wrasse or a coris species wrasse which will hunt them down
As Rick said of you can get the rocks with so as on them out to check for them. Also remember to check on the sides of them when they're closed up. Dipping will not kill th eggs. They need to be manually removed. They'll look like a little spiral. Get them off with a toothpick or something or else they'll hatch and you'll have them all over again.
one way is after lights are out or in the morning check all zoa colonies or pieces with a flash light, usually you can spot them or look for zoa's that are closed up
Is the nudi any particular color? Usually nudis that eat zoas will display the same colors of the zoa they are dining on. Otherwise it could easily be one that eats algae.
You can also tell what zoas they were eating as their bodies will take on the color of their last meal. That may help you know where to start your search.
Salifert flatworm exit kills them mine arrived today. Just can't use it in the Display tank. Quarantine all zoas and treat w It a few weeks. it won't affect corals.
After fully checking the rock where zoas are I found another one and some kind of worm ! I just decided I didn't want to take a chance and removed the whole rock I didn't want to affect the rest of the corals. The only good thing now is that I have room for a new coral. I also ran into these things what kind of worms are these any ideas ?
