Bubble coral ate my peppermint shrimp!

I've had a 4 head bubble coral that gets fed mysis shrimp every week. This morning I woke up to the tail of my 3" peppermint shrimp sticking out of its mouth. Can't upload pics from my phone (mr really needs to fix this) but will load it when I turn on my computer.

I guess I need to feed more often.

Did you check to make sure it didn't molt?

The part sticking out is red. Usually when it molts its clear. Also I had 2 shrimp & every day they hang out in the same spits for months. Now there is only one.

Nothing I can do just didn't expect that to happen. The shrimp check out corals throughout the day but always stayed away feombthe bubble and both torch corals.
