Apex Firmware 4.30

I updated my firmware to 4.3. I was able to log on the older firmware dashboard via explorer. Now that Im using 4.3, explorer wont let me log on. I downloaded google chrome and it lets me log on with no problem. I even turn off my firewalls and other misc crap that I thought it could be blocking it. Still the same problem. Did anybody experience this? Also am I able to hookup a wireless cam like how they have it in the Apex fusion video? Just wondering

Just updated to 4.31, all is working fine. Working fine under Internet Explorer as well, make sure to clear your browser cache and IE needs the HTTP header. So enter http:// in front of your Apexort address. Chrome doesn't require this and is the recommended browser after v4.20.

did you also update the webpages too i forgot to do that myself and could not log in through explorer until after i did that

I cleared and deleted the browser cache and temp files. I do put the http:// but same problem. How do I update the web pages? Have any of yall tried the webcam option on the apex dash board?

Update web pages is on the same utility you ran to upgrade the firmware.

Yes, had a Foscam streamed to Apex.

ok my situation

I tried updating for the 2nd time. initially it gave me an unable to open apex error. To fix this unplug your energy bar from your apex by pulling the usb cable that connects your apex monitor to your energy bar. (make sure your computer is hardwired to your router and as well as your apex)

that worked. Next for some reason it changed my ip address which ended in .67 to .6 so i had to login to my apex on my phone and changed it back. such a pain in the arse. finally figured it out and all is well

ok cool. I think its more of an explorer issue. I'll update my web pages first to see if that solves the problem then go from there.

Ok updated the firmware and the web page but I still can't see my dash boards. I can only see it when I go to old dashboard. Any ideas?

After you upgrade firmware on the Apex, be sure to clear you browser's cache to guarantee you're working off a clean slate. Give that a try first...

Everything went ok. Cleared browsers cache and updated web pages. But still not working for explorer. Works fine with google chrome.

I'm not an Internet Explorer user so can't be certain what's the issue without troubleshooting. Chrome is my preferred browser.
