How far can j run rodi tubeing to my barrel?

What do you think it does once it sits in your container? I dont think it matters too much how far...usually with plumbing its about height not horizontal distance.

I dont think it will be a problem, mine goes up about 6 ft. into the attic, then over about 15ft. and back down 6ft.into a barrel with a float valve with no issues so far. use the spectrapure float valves. they are the most reliable

Horizontal travel and turns doEs affect water movement due to friction. It wouldn't reduce the water movement that much, but should be concidered. There are a bunch of head loss calculators which can help you out.

It all comes down to the pump you are using.

I would say that your situation is not ideal, but it will work, assuming you have decent water pressure. Its your plumbing water pressure that is "the pump" in this situation.

Matt it depends on your household pressure...most homes it should be OK, but my home is on the end of the line and my pressure is low...can't take a shower when the sprinkers are on...LOL if so then just use a booster pump.

Ok great now how do I set up pump from mixing station to my tank it's good 25 ft I was gonna use PVC to pipe them to my sump and rodi top off
Should I run seperate lines or just 1 for salt and rodi??

+1, i use to run 50 ft. to make sure i warm up the water before RO/DI ,when i got my tank on Manhattan, was good for 6-7 years, NO problems.
