I still have an algae problem in one of my 40 breeders. I thought it was bryposis but not so sure anymore it kind of looks different. There is also a patch of really short bushy algae that is growing. My trusty sea hare just passed away and not sure if I should replace or try another course of attack. Lettuce nudi's just don't seem to live long no matter what tanks I put them in. I have plenty of snails not many hermits. The thing is this tank is plumbed to another 40 breeder DT and a 40 breeder sump and there is absolutely no algae in the other DT. Both have a wp25 on them, same light and otherwise identical. I do have Kent-M on deck. Any advice?

Also how to attached frags to rock. I have been using IC-gel but it keeps coming off. Not all of them but at least half of them. Seems im constantly picking frags off the sandbed. I am setting up a small frag tank to help with growout before I add to DT.

i have the same problem, not much luck gluing in tank. if frags are mounted when i buy i cut the stem and use epoxy and glue. this works for me. i glue frags out of water let them grow out a little then do the same. i use a plug or rock rubble.
