Green algae

I have a huge problem with green algae and I can't seem to get it under control. My parameters are good ( because the algae absorbs everything before I can test it ). I am trying to reduce my feeding greatly and have bedc doing water changes more often. I run both gfo and carbon but other ten taking out all my rock I don't know what else to do. I have a 135 gallons system with about 120 pounds of rock and a sand bed. Anyone have any suggestions??

Any corals? Where was the rock from? Is this a recent thing or has it always been a problem? What type of lighting? What are you using for flow?

Are you using RO water or tap water? Do you have any type of cleanup crew? How long are your lights on daily? Is there any natural sunlight that could be affecting your tank? Sorry, these are just the questions that come to mind.
