Don't raise your temp, specially that high, take the fish out of the tank and place it in a hospital tank and start to treat it. You can either do Hyposalinity or treat with Copper. Hyposalinity only works on Ich, so you need to make sure that's what you have. If you're going to treat with Copper get a good copper kit.

Check out this link to give you some info on Ich. It's very important to ID what you actually have as some treatments don't work on everything.

i removed my fish to a seprate tank to treat in copper i left them in the qt tank while i did raise the temp in my tank just a tiny bit from 81 to 83ish.so that i can starve in the tank because they cant survive with out a host.the fish i cured were not tangs so i dont know how delicate tangs are to copper treatment.i heard that copper treatment can cause stress.

Raising the temp only helps the eggs to hatch quicker.
thats why i said remove the fish so that the ich wont have a host when they hatch, keeping the fish out of the tank for 3-4 weeks allows the ich to starve out.my question is being that this is almost a common thing with tangs, can they cause another break out after the first treament?

So taking out the fish then raising the temperture would be a good way to get the eggs to hatch and with a UV you could ensure that if you wait a month or two there will definitly be no ick in the tank
