I finally got a foscam to monitor my tanks. I had success programing it to work on my wifi. But its giving me trouble trying to access when I'm not home. I'm using dyndns to host it. I did the port forwarding/ dns programing on my netgear router but still no luck. Also can somebody help me program it to show on the apex dash board plz?

Oh, this is cool!
Congrats on getting it to work.

A few questions:
Which foscam is it?
How big is the tank?- i'm wondering why I can only spy on the clowns lol
Is it slow/choppy motion because my internet sucks? If my internet were better, would I ever see it as the fish are actually moving?
Using something like this foscam, will there always be a time delay?

Thanks, I'm using fi8918w. I have a 60g cube. The reason why you may not see the whole tank is because I have the cam right up on the tank glass. I have to build a stand for the cam to give it some distance.

Update: I got foscam to work using port 4002. And I was able to add the cam stream to the apex dashboard. Went to bed around 5am trying to configured it but it was well worth it. Now I just have to find a good place to put the cam. Here's the link to my webcam http://manny.dyndns-web.com:4002 User name: Guest Password: 1234

I click your link and it says username and password. No guest login. I am curious to see the quality of the foscam since I will be video monitoring my tank as well.
