Cloudy water help

I was looking closely at my tank today and noticed that what making it cloudy is the sand my fish keep stirring it up and little particles dnt settle what should I do

Filter socks and carbon.

Does the carbon have to be in a reactor?

Yes for this purpose. The socks will help the most though. It's a slow process because the fish will keep kicking up fine particles. I hated my diamond goby for a while because of this.

I would get a sock but I dnt kno how I would attach it in my tank also can I get the carbon that comes in the bags?

You can use a zip tie for the ones with the rings and attach it to your drain pipe.

As far as in a bag, passive filtering like that wont filter out particles (much). It's ok though not the best for dissolved pollutants your trying to remove.
