hey guys, now that I have a calcium reactor running on my 60g sps tank. I have a few questions about it. 1. Should the circulation pump be at full/ med/ low speed? 2. My ph in the reactor is at a 6.67. Should it be at 6.5?

1.Not sure, how many Gal/min. is full or med. or low speed , but u need 300-500 gal./min. depend of Calcium Reactor.
2. How u now is 6.67 PH ? the PH probe is (first chamber, if u got 2) inside reactor ?, i think is much easy to check the effluent ( the water out of reactor) CO2 bubble rate + how many ml. of water/min. .Read this:

i have Reef Octopus CR100. The pump that came with it is an OTP1000 which is rated for 250gph. So i'm assuming that the pump is suppose to be running at the max. I read the article from the link you posted which was pretty much answered some other questions I had. Also the reactor ph probe is plugged in my apex and I have a ph probe in the tank. Thats where I got the 6.67 reading from. So as we speak, my ph in the reactor is at 6.6 and the ph in my tank is at 8.7 which I think is high. My other 60g cube thats about 4ft away is reading a ph level of 8.13. How do I bring my ph down and keep it down??

I dont think u got 8.7 PH , your PH probe may need to be clean + calibrate, try dif. PH test or fresh salt water , around 78 degr. If everything look good on tank , 100% the probe show wrong reading. Shot off the reactor, then swap the probs, then see if is same reading. Usually CO2 drop the PH, i dont see how u got 8.7 PH.Ask Boomer for better advice (Chemistry).Sorry.
