curious as to what is considered a vendor ? yes ive been around long enough to know and yes i have read the rules.

There were threads created on this in the past. I even wrote one when I wanted to make sure I would not get in that grey area.
When one is creating numerous ads selling not from their stock but from intentions to create profit. If you have an individual constantly posting fs threads and it's not selling personal frags from their display and rather from a grow out tank, fragging and selling to profit. You've crossed the grey area. I guess the main individuals to watch for this should be the fs moderators but since this is a pretty decent community. Others should use a "honor" code to blow a whistle against those overusing a free system.
Obviously, that was my interpretation of my prior thread.
There are paid vendors on here so those "hidden" vendors should be frowned upon.
