Ordering from fish street wp-60

I am planning on placing a order on fish street for 2 WP-60's. As far as shipping it gives me two quotes. One is for $38.00 for shipping to USA/canada/Mexico and the other is for $3.00 to USA nj warehouse delivery. What does that mean? Do I have to pick it up from their warehouse? Where is it located?

No they have a warehouse in NJ now and one in CA that they ship from.

When you order go to calculate shipping and check NJ warehouse. Shipping is only $3 and I received it in 2 days.
