Help identifying this possible pest?

Hi.. this guy looks to be an anemone of some sort. Retracts is I touch it with tweezers. Should I get rid of it? If so.. how?

manjano or jewel anemone. it deff does not look like a rock anemone.

Thanks.. as I feared.. so.. I can totally remove that rock from the tank and kill it.. like scrape it off or burn it .. or should I hit it with Kalk or Joe's juice with the rock still in the tank?

If you can get your hands on a Majano Wand by borrowing one I think it would be most effective

you can take the rock out and just pick him off just flush it dont be too crule. as you wouldnt want to be burned alive lol .
