Need advise on restarting tank

Need some advise, had to move in a an emergency w/o the time to sell any live stock or corals. I placed all the live stock in a couple of containers with heater, pump, and original tank water but no lights. Needless to say everything is dead, the smell is unbearable.

What do I do to restart the tank with my now dead rock? Do I scrape the dead corals and rinse it with fresh water? And then just restart the tank like the first time in 2008?
