sand and fish

can sand get stuck on fish because i see my purple tang got spots on him not sure if my sand or ich if sand does a cleaner shrimp clean that and if ich war should i do i dnt have a qt whats better cleaner wrasse or neon goby?

Try to post pics even if not best quality. It sounds like ich or similar, but no way to tell what's going on with description given

a cleaner wrasse or neon goby won't be the solution to ich

a hospital tank and coppersafe will save your fish life
