Used to much epoxy

Just wondering what should i do i used to much epoxy putting some frags on the rock and my skimmer is going NUTS its been off since saturday and im getting a little worried.. should i do a 15 gal waterchange or run the skimmer drain out a hose to a bucket and see if the skimmer pulls the epoxy reaction stuff out

Do a water change. If you run carbon, put some new carbon in as that will help too.

Running it passively (not in a reactor) won't help as much as if you did..but it will help a little
Try and place the bag/s where the water has to run through it and can't pass around it to the sides - if at all possible.

I recently did the same thing, skimmer went insane. I shut off and did a good size water change. Seemed to calm down after a day or two

if you have a filter sock put carbon in mesh bag and drop in sock.

Just raise the skimmer up to get it to stop overflowing. Once it can start pulling the stuff out, you can lower it in a few hours.

FEW DROPS AF SELCON !!! would add vitamins and fatty acids to your tank and will reduce the bublle to larger one ! so the skimmer would not empty out your sump !! constatly !

Open up the skimmer and let it run for a while. Its typical after a lot of epixy
