I've got a few of these guys poking out of my live rock in the past couple of weeks. Anyone know what they are?

If your talking about that banded tentacle. That's a micro starfish. They are great for a reef. I got tons of them and they mainly stay in my sump and overflow as that where they get the choice morsels.

+1 looks like a brittle star

It's a micro bristle star , usually hide in crevices and overflows. Good detritus eaters, if you check at night you'll probably find meow of them. I have a bunch.

Cool, I sometimes see multiple arms sticking out of the rock, haven't seen one out though.
