have had these frags in my tank for about a week now and noticed the tips of them are dieing/bleaching. The are in a rsm130 with led lights. Have the lights turned up all the way. Rest of the tank looking happy Does this happen with because of too much light or too little? or is it something else?
Water quality (ammonia, no2, no3 all good, 0,0,10ppm) phosphates @ .09, pH 7.9 (bit low I know, will start using kalk next week), Ca @410
have mp10 for flow, upgraded rsm pump and running GRO/Carbon in canister

Leave it 100% as it was, unless bleaching occurs (which it is not). Read about the differences between bleaching and Tissue necrosis. This is an important difference to know.

Like Jackson said tips are growth. If it was a burn which it's not. Alk plays a role in that. So watch Alk with SPS. And like Rob said watch Phos level. Don't chase your PH its ok. Open window or air from outside to protein skimmer can bring it up a little. But don't add anything. Your tank seems to be doing well.

thanks for the advise guys, working on getting phosphates down. Just started running GFO and it seems to be doing a good job dropping them (was @ .15 last week).
Feel much better those tips are from growth and not from me doing something wrong. when the tank was last up I had horrible luck with SPS
