Reeflo Hammehead

Hello reefers,


I bought used reeflo hammerhead and its very noisy and I believe that bearing might be on their way out, How hard is it to change them. Please suggest me options...

Look into the reef octopus's line of diablo dc pumps. They are really quiet and controllable.

x2...check to see if it's still under warranty, but either way you can ship it back to them for repairs...

I don't think its under warranty. But I will call them tomorrow to see what they will charge to repair this....

when you find out a price let me know. mine is kind of loud also. seems like its losing power and its only 2-3 years old. not certain but sometimes it seems like it stops pumping water back to my tank. pump is in the basement. after water change today and I turned the pump back on I increased the water flow back to my tank and it shot out with a burst and noticed a whole bunch of bubbles coming out of my loc line returns
