I don't think I'll ever buy another bubble magus products

My doser crap out and I can't seems to find a customer service for this dosing pump this company stand behind it product don't exist ???? I been trying to contact email no response phone forget about it ??? I don't what else to think don't know if bulk reef can fix my Issues... anyone have dealt with this or similar issues either way if this is what I have to deal with I don't think I'll buy any of this company products again

10 x4 if it's about cleaning the pumps/change them I already know how to trouble shoot that the issue am having it my doser don't hold the time so no dosing

Duds, I don't know what your actual trouble is. But if you unplug the unit and reprogram sometimes it resets. It worked for me.

I've had an issue with power to the unit being interrupted due to a lose connection on the little power plug. Took the cover off and re-soldered the connection and never had the problem again. Hope this helps. J

Bubble magnus customer service is horrible. I own their doser and had many problems with the heads malfunctioning. They offered no help. They only tried to sell me their replacement heads. This company sucks. If they gave me new $20 heads for their chitty doser I would have been pleased with the gesture. They couldn't even do that. My doser was less than a year old at the time.

The truth of the matter is that this dosing pump (and many others) requires a bit of maintenance to perform properly. Lubing the roller shafts and changing the white tube in the module is something that I do every 2 months at my dose rate. If I don't, I see some kind of dosing malfunction.

At the price of this doser they're so many better options, cheaper options, with actual customer service. I would advise to buy a different brand if you're in the market.

It will automate your dosing, just don't rely on customer care for customer care

Keep a close eye on your dosing containers. Make sure to fill them evenly. The first time you see a slightly uneven level, maintenance will have to be done.

I got your back Dubs. I am boycotting Bubble Magus. I upgrading my tank and was looking into the *BM-320CS Cone skimmer and another biopellet reactor. Not anymore

Sea Side Aquatics is the distributor for Bubble Magus. I do not know if you contacted them, but if not here is the website http://www.seasideaquatics.com/?page_id=130.

I have the same doser. One of the heads turned on and never turned off. Dumped about one gallon of calcium into my 180 gallon reef. I sent the doser to Seaside Aquatics and they would up just giving me a new replacement. Hopefully you can get in contact with someone. Good luck.
