Picked up this at Home Depot today because I want to build an arch with some of my rock. It's the only stuff that claims to be waterproof and is not the brown type its white. Their Technicians claim I can build my arch but would have to keep it out of the water for 5 or 6 days even though it cures in 1. It also needs to be cured with water.
