Need help building manifold

I want to run 2 reactors of my return pump and was wondering is it better to run a T off the main line with a cap on the end (pic B) or run the main line through the manifold back to the DT (pic A)? I'm no artist.

I know I have to put valves on each reactor. I forgot to draw that.

I ran mine like B no problems for two years now
I used the 1/2 ball valves from HD.

I run mine like B as well. If you put a ball valve with a barb fitting at the end you can use it to do water changes as well.

Btw I'm gonna use a quite one 6000 right under the DT which is a 93 qube. So the flow would be compromised?
