Ran hot water through my RODI

I ran hot water through my RODI last week. I seem to have damaged the RO membrane. I noticed TDS readings went from 3 to 25. I changed the RO and today I noticed that the water is still flowing a little too quick so i decided to check the water with m TDS meter. The readings are at 11. Anything else I may have damaged? I thought the only thing could have been the membrane.

Never mind, mods please close. I didnt think to allow all the old water to flush out my system -_-. Readings are 1 now
