There is a strainer on the suction side of pump

i see that, that in top, i wonder the bottom ( were u push water ) when turn off the pump, plastic pellets go into pump propeler. I use to build one reactor like this, i use Flash Light Reflector in bottom , move pellets so easy, i try almost 1000 ml. Biopellets and move well.

Yeah funny. I spent 60 bucks and it does the same thing :) May not look like a store bought reactor like his, but I had a budget so thanks for all the wise arse comments. Plus I didnt want to spend 5 minutes taking out screws every week to refill the kalk.By the way your build is very nice

Thanks duke, Mine is a bio pellet reactor though, I didnt care about access how long it would take to open it because on a Pellet reactor you only open it every few months
