Hey thanks even found some great info about it on other forums, anyone know a link to see the price of it? Cant find a site to have him check out the specks
So far CS1 all together with pump and pre assembled will cost around $375 most likely my cousin would rather have it preassembled however if he decides not it would cost $300
Anyone use a different pump with great results? Maybe a cheaper pump could be used.
The reef octopus mentioned is probably to steep...$500 however I know for sure reef octopus is great.
When I was doing my research I found a tunze that looked promising around the $375 price range you mentioned just don't remember the model but it had great reviews. I think marine depot sells it.
I use the sc aquarium sc-320. Its pretty much a knockoff of the Bubble Magus BM-NAC7
Cone Protein Skimmer
But Half the price I also ran the sc-65 for 4 years on my old 36 gallon and it worked great
Thanks everyone for your suggestions looking up the skimmers now.
By any chance how do you guys think of the AquaCurchin Pro with mag 3? Ive only had experience personally with the AquaCRemora with amy 3 and I thought it was awesome.
Than tomorrow or at the end of the week I will put the skimmer list together and have my cousin choose or maybe start a poll here lol if its possible
I tech-200
Cadlight series ( garbage)
Swc 120
Swc 180
And I got the seaside for 100 bucks so I can't complain , but I love this skimmer above all the others so that's why I put the cs1 as my choice for my 57 oceanic reef.
Hmm defiantly didn't read the rest of it, pump and controller? thats defiantly a push towards that skimmer lol. Thanks everyone will see what my cousin thinks...hopefully soon you see an "Eshopps Skimmer Psk75" for sale thread soon!
