So I woke up this morning on my day off from work and saw this on the base of my coral. Is this normal. Im thinking its feather dusters. Please help me to identify this...

Just dusters, they are fine. They multiply in high nutrient systems.

Can they cause any harm to my coral?

never had any problems with them... filter feeders.
