i have a large piece of green and orange zoos they havent opened in about a week now is there anything i can do to get them opened? thanku

Did you just buy them? What are your water parameters?

If you just bought them and they've never opened in your tank, try moving them to another location. Lower/higher lighting and flow could prompt them to respond appropriately.

What kind of lighting do you have. IF you have strong lighting and put it at the very top of your tank, chances are it might melt.

theres nothing wrong with my tank (thank god) i have other zoos and they are ok this set of zoos i have over 100 polyps on them i have this for almost one year and all of a sudden just 10 or 12 of them stay opened and i dont know what to do. anyway thanku all as usual... try to help me out on this i dont want to lose it its a pretty nice piece i got it from deep..

Don't thank him yet.... something is obviously wrong... I would check the polyps for zoa parasites. Check the link, then carefully check the colony, maybe do a freshwater dip.

how long do i do a freshwater dip if i have to do it

All it takes is a few minutes. You'll see things scurrying off the zoo rock as soon as it hits the fresh water. Zoos can take a licking and keep on ticking. Great shippers and close to bulletproof.
