Have a Nuvo 16.
My Royal Gramma has white spots on it.
I've had it for many months. I've had two Occ clowns even before the Gramma. Clowns not showing any signs of illness.

I redid my rock scape yesterday. I haven't seen the Gramma between when I began the rescaping and just now.

I added filter floss and chemipure elite about 2-3 hours ago.

Fish have never shown a sign of illness. I've had three other fish in the tank that were bullied and didn't make it. That was about a month ago.

Don't have Ich treatment or a quarantine tank.

juice garlic and mix pellets in it. Worked for me but others will say don't do it.

By pellets do you mean food? I use flakes.

Update: I fed the fish. The Gramma is not eating. The Clowns are chowing down, as always.

Gramma is definitely stressed from the rescaping. It also is not hiding in its usual spot. Which was shifted and changed a little.

Yes I meant food. Soak the garlic juice in with the pellets and feed them once a day with it.
