LS dying and dissapering

So my nudi branch has been on the sand for 2 days. I noticed some black on it but figured it was fine and would move. Ended up being its dead. This morning i check my tank and my.banngai cardinal is also dead, my cleaner shrimp is missing and my clown has ick. My corals seem just fine. I do have my salinty at like 1.023 -1.024. My ATO keeps on throwing too much water even though i have it on a timer. Anyone know what could be the reason to the casualties and dissaperances?

Sometimes, nudis can poison the water when they die. Just a thought, maybe the corals just have a slower reaction to it.

When in doubt, just do water changes.

I read that somewhere before but wasn't too sure. Im in the process of a water change now.

How long has the tank been established? Water parameters OK?

Carbon Filtering

I would also add carbon if you have a reactor or bags as it will help clear any posion from the nudi. They can be quite deadly when they die.
