DIY led color combo

Ok so I am trying to redo my leds .. And my question is is cool white needed .can I take them out and replace the cool white with royal blue .. I was thinking maybe doing like 4 neutral white and 3 warm 4uv 4 blue and somthing like 15 royal blue .. What is your opinion on this set up should I add somthing else is cool white even needed ?

It's for my 75 g tank ..
