Ati fixture help?

I have a 6 bulb Ati dimmable fixture that is 4 months old. My channel 2 keeps shutting off , the displays says its on 100% I had to bang it on the top for it to come back on. Anyone ever experience this?

did you buy it new from ATI or a vendor? if anything i would try to contact ATI to see if they would be able to do anything for you.

also it might be a loose wire or the ballest.

I got it from reef geeks, It happened twice yesterday , I cleaned fans and going to see what happens today . this hobby is starting to piss me off everyday it something else lol

I think it may br the ballast wire connection. I had that trouble when I first got mine from reef geeks. I sent it in and they changed the ballast

Also, try seeing what happens if you leave the fans unplugged. I noticed that leaving the fans off actually resolved the flickering. However, running without cooling fans leads to shorter bulb life.

So thats why I sent it in and bought back up ballasts.

Sounds like wire is loose or worst case it is the ballast. I'd call them up
