Help!! Tunze not working

1 yr old tunze 6060 is not working right. I cleaned it with vinegar but still not turning right. Looks like the impeller will turn back and fore but won't turn in the correct direction. The clutch seems to be fine. How long does the warranty last? Should I replace the impeller?

Regal, did you take the magnet apart and also take out the o-ring and washer inside the motor housing?
