I just got in my Apex AFS and needed to update my firmware.

short story I called them up and they did the WHOLE thing for me. all I did was set up the team viewer on my Mac and he did the install for me and walked me through the whole thing.

after, he gave me a tutorial on the new features and capabilities. I love that there's no more of that port forwarding crap.

Cheers Apex! this is why I spent the big bucks.

Are you sure about that. If you try to access your apex from outside your network using an app on your phone or reeftonics, you'd still need to do that me thinks.

That's not to say apex isnt great, I love it.

You still have to forward the IP cam to you apex for it to show on fusion. Also try to get a fusion account asap. Its much more user friendly.
