Seahorse Negative Buoyancy

I recently received a new juvenile seahorse. I believe he is experiencing negative buoyancy due to swim bladder disease. He lays on his side most of the time. He can boost himself up and swim upright for short distances, but then he falls back over. He is eating well and acting normal in all other ways. Does anyone know if Triple Sulfa by API will help with this?

i read an article i think it was on the home page of mr. they said you have to drain the sack with a syringe.
