Led lighting and Algae

I have a led set up in my fowlr tank and noticed brown algae even with my reactor running pellets and a good skimmer.messed with the flow and still get it.Is it the blue spectrum?

And if it's slime are there bubbles in it?

I'm getting the same thing with my LEDs - born algae on rocks and sand - easily blows off, but reappears within a few hours even after 2-3 blackout days...

I have an AI Hydra (not the 52s), this is an anecdotal account from what i have seen from my tank and has very little scientific data supporting it. But what i have notice is when i run the red LEDs over 15% it increase algae growth in my tank. I also notice that the greens have a similar affect when over 30%.

I have since lowered those 2 particular colors to 10% and 20%, respectively and notice a lower rate of algae growth.

how old is this set up ? u may got some algae from warm white (3.500 K) check the RO/DI also, how about PO4 ? Nitrate ?

I stopped checking a long time ago but the Tds reads zero.I running npx pellets in my reef octopus reactor regular water changes.Its a older tank.

Then i assume u got a good Protein Skimmer , if u run Biopellets, if NOT u need one, more flow, less food ,help also.
