Looking for help finding parts for a project

I am currently working on releasing a nano tank line. Everything is going great so far but i'm looking to change from standard bulkheads. I have checked out innovative marine and like the route they went for there returns.

Can anyone give any insight on where i can find bulkhead/return setups similar to this? or give me any advice who i may be able to contact to achieve something similar?

i would hate to use a standard bulkhead setup.

i understand this could very well be custom made for them, but maybe they are available somewhere. just having a hard time locating.
