Wow 1/2? It's very clean made but think you went to thin on the acrylic

I did tons of research for few months before I did any construction of my tank and believe me 1/2 inch is minimum u can use 1" taller and it have to be 3/4" thickness of acrylic.

And that was just a quick google search...

Now dont get me wrong the tank looks beautiful and you can see the craftsmanship, but did you deliberately search for "what's the thinnest i can make this?"

I went buy the chart from some acrylic builder, I'll look for link and also was looking to buy tank before and what I seen was few companies was sale same dimension in 1/2 inch acrylic so I guess they know what they doing.

Total hight of tank is 25 " that mins u including bottom and top which is extra inch measuring inside side the tank is 24" tall so that is minimum thickness of acrylic according to chart form link 2 u provided which I was going by when I was doing research.

I've seen his tank it truly is beautiful and he is very knowledgeable. He built a sump for me and it is the best thing I ever did. My tank is flourishing thanks to him.
