I did the following:

logon to reefs.com (same userid/pwd as MR)
goto Profile (icon top of screen)
click 'My Controller' tab
fill in your controller details in the appropriate fields - URL should be your external IP address of your Apex with /rss.sht added to the end of it

That should be it! Good luck!
