Months ago my daughter and I were at a store (can't remember which one) and I told her to pick any frag she wanted. She looked around and picked a frag that was alone in a corner of a tank. It was small and just the worst brown color I have ever seen. I tried to get her to pick a different one but she said no. So I got it and put it in the tank and she said that that was her ugly duckling coral. For two months it just stayed there and she would look at it everyday. By the third month it started to change from brown to a cool looking purple. Now its been in the tank for about 7 months and it's changing again it's starting to get mixed colors purple, orange, blue, green and even what looks like yellow. My daughter says the ugly ducking is turning into a swan, I'm not sure about that but it is definitely my favorite coral now. Here is a pix from my cell sorry it's not that great but it's the best my phone could take. I have no clue what kind it is but if anyone knows I would appreciate it.
