Selling livestock issue - question

The reason I'm selling some frags is because my tank is small and I need space. I sold a blasto June 26 and a guy paid with PayPal but the last time he communicated with me was 7 days ago. He is from NJ and I live in Brooklyn what he knew when he paid. What I should do? Refund him and sell it to someone else? Wait weeks for pick up? I don't have a frag tank, just a regular 29 g and I use a small rack that takes space and make tank cleaning difficult.

Refund his money and put it up again.

How long have you been holding it for? Some people take advantage of the fact that you would hold it waiting for them. If its been a long time just refund him his money and re-sell it so you can get rid of it.

It was paid on June 26th.

I issued the refund and the blasto is still available. So for potential buyers - I will not hold it indefinitely even if you pay with PayPal. A few days is ok but not 2 weeks. I'm in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. I work from home so I'm very flexible with the pick up time.
