Snail eating anemone

So I set up a new frag tank and had a 2" Maxi Mini anemone on a rock in it, I glanced at the tank and saw one of my cleanup crew, a dwarf Cerith, in the middle of it. I watched as that anemone ate that little snail. I was a bit surprised and wondered if anyone else has ever seen this and will the anemone be able to digest a snail shell?

It will spit out the shell, but yeah that snail is :dead1:

Yup my octopus anemone does it all the time. There are shells all over it's base. It also ate 3 starfish and a damsel
