Anyone work with acrylic?

I have two small projects that I'd like to get done. Does anyone here work with acrylic? I sent Jeff (Custom King) a pm but he hasn't posted on here since 2013.

The first project is simple- I want to make an enclosure for my light out of black acrylic. It doesn't have to be structural, just four black pieces of acrylic connected together.

The second is for my Elos Midi. I need the female threads to be repaired.

Thanks dude. I know Jeff is busy, and I didn't mean for my post to sound like he was ignoring me at all. That's not the case. Jeff's a good guy.

I am also thinking it might be easier for someone local to work on my Elos problem because Jeff's located in CT.
