Apex help

Anyone really good with computers can you help me out with apex newst firmware. I get 3/4 of the way done loading both applications and then get unable to connect to remote server. This happens 3/4 of the way down from downloading update web pages. I've done everything correctly. Disabled fire wall I'm in safe mode, checked my network address it's correct and my http port. So confused

Yeah you need a degree in IT. They fixed it for me in like 5 min. lol fusion is awesome by the way

tbh it was simple I set mine up in like 2 hrs had no troubles ..I don't not if it's because I have the jr but I could not even tell you how I did it my self I just no the best thing I could of done was hard wireing it to the router

Figured it out. Mike I saw the old version and this fusion looks a lot easier to navigate theough
