are 2 jabeo wp25's enough for an sps tank for a 220 ???

all sps seem to be happy but was wondering if I would need to go up to 2 wp40's when I get more

I would definitely want more flow for a 220 SPS tank. It really depends on the scape but somewhere near double that flow would be better overall.

I am going to go with 2 wp40's but I was wondering how to get my red table to stay stable like yours is in your video you posted in the marketplace thread.. I will post a picture of it so its easier to say

thanks

The return pump is around 1000 gl/h @12' of head pressure. The two WP25s are 2000 gl/h each one. That's 5000 gl/h total. Divided by the tanks volume 220 gallons, 22.72 water turnover per hour. I think its fine even for a SPS tank.

I would go with the WP40s just for the fact that I like to throttle things back and forth if need.

I glue everything with IC-gel. Eventually it grows over the glue and encrusts on the rock.

+1 Jackson6745, I always like flow, bring more healthy reasons , more food, gas exchange, stronger branches and solid, much easy to remove detritus , eliminate dead spots etc. check Jackson Aqua scope, I got 4 MP 40 + 1 MJ 1200 (just for top) + 1600 Gal. return pump on 220 gal. tank. I like wide flow like Tunze, MP 40-60. You need water flow every corner of the tank. Check this kind of Aqua scope or Jackson.

how would i glue this colony with ic gel as it does not have a base.. its flat and is growing front back and sides and dont want it falling over when there is more flow with the wp 40's
