Yes. Chen is a good guy. Problem is he rarely has anything in that you want. Suckers you to come down and has nothing. Stuff he has/had was nice but normal/average. You place a order with him and it takes forever for him to get it. He will try though

Yes. Chen is a very good guy. Super nice. The building he is in is pretty run down, so when you first go in you might think it's a shady deal. But no worries.
I was there about a month ago, I would say he has a coral selection about 1/5th of the NYC Local fish stores. More on the Softy and LPS side. For what he has, his prices are very good.
If you are just getting started, then a trip will definitely be worth it. Otherwise if you are downtown, it won't hurt to check it out.
