Phyto, rotifier and copepod culturing

^I was looking it up and people keep bashing it. No one ever gives example of miracle gro being a problem (due to the minimal amount of copper).

I think my culture may have died? lol

I am probably looking too far into it. It's been day 2 and it's still a very light green water. Hopefully it starts coloring up a little!

You can try Schultz if you're concerned about the copper. No copper mentioned in their MSDS.

I ordered the micro algae grow but was worried about my starter culture in the fridge for too long and die off.

It'll be fine while you wait for the micro algae grow. Just shake it up once in awhile so the phyto isn't layered on the bottom.

Yeah. I shook the bottle this morning. I plan on shaking it up every other day.
