Capacitor burned out

Hey guys I have reeflo hammerhead pump and yesterday i saw smoke coming out of the box on top of the pump. When i opened the box I saw that the capacitor was melted. Part no that I found on that is 18mfd 5% 220VAC, -25 -+85C, 50 - 60 Hz motor cap OC4018A02.

I have 2 questions - Where I can buy this capacitor and what can cause this capacitor to burn out- is this the age or something caused this to burn

I'd start at Radio Shack. And if they can't help move onto to an online provider. With all the info you supplied it should be a piece of cake to locate one.

I found few on line but they are all higher than 220v

It happened yesterday and when I called reeflo they were closed. I checked ebay and there and few of them but i want to make sure i get the right one for the pump...
