New Apex dosing pump system

So, as some of you know Im in the market for a dosing pump.

Yesterday I went to the Neptune website to get their contact info to try to solve an issue that I have been having with their Breakout Box and there it was!!!

A great looking dosing pump system that is plugged to your Apex and based on testing results that you manually input into the system it will give you recommendations for dosing quantities.

Also, the quality of the pumps appear to be phenomenal.

Alongside the dosing pumps they will also release a twin container for the 2 part dosing that will inform you when you need to refill!!!

Is this awesome or what?

I'm really exited. Now I just need to start working on an excuse to actually buy it...

I have been tracking the MACNA product releases as well all weekend and caught a glimpse of the DOS. Looks really cool.

Imagine if they come out with ALK and Ca probes to automatically track the levels and advise the DOS when to dose to meet those levels? Those containers looks awesome as well. Wonder what they will run?

I heard the price is $350 and for just 2 pumps that is a bit pricey, but with the precision of the motor I guess it is worth it! Wish they had 3 pumps that way you could do water changes as well with 1 system.

Looks like it will be out soon! What do you use now? I do not have a dosing system at the moment (my system is rather new).

I cant wait to find out more on WAV. I need to pick up a wave maker for my NUVO 40 and I can't wait to find out if they will have a size similar to an MP10.

I agree! For only two pumps it sure will be on the expensive side but it freaking looks awesome!!

If they came out with probes for ALK and CA I'm sure they could release a software update to make the apex dose as needed, however, if something were to go wrong with one of the probes it could spell disaster... I don't know wether or not I would want that automation... Lol

I spoke to them today and they said they are still studying the market price wise. In terms of release dates he told me to check their Facebook for an update on that...

I have been looking for a doser for a long while but thankfully I haven't bought one...


I gotta give props to them...
I really love my apex more and more each day.
