Many places (LFS) Carry the AGA "Megaflow" standpipes. I think they're around $50. It comes with a Durso drain pipe and a return pipe with dual loclines for your return outlets. As Deanos mentioned you can build your own for a little less, or about the same but you'll have spare PVC which belive me, you will use. The only downside is that your return will end with PVC not a locline which is black, flexible and has a nozzle at the end of it.

(prices are complete off the top of my head estimates)

10 feet of 1.25" PVC $3
10 feet .75" PVC $2
1 1 inch to 1.25" bushing
2 1.25" caps $3
1 1.25 "T" $2
drill bit to drill several holes $3
drill (if you don't have one)
PVC cutter (if you don't have one, or a saw works fine as well) $20
bag of .75" elbows $6
bad of 1.25" elbows $8

I assume your drain and return under the tank you want to use PVC as well? You could go with Vinyl tube but I get scared that it'll fail over time. Plus it tends to kink IMO. To PVC your drain and return under the tank you'll also need

(2) 1.5" FPT to 1.25" solvent end bushing (screws onto your bulkhead)
(1) 1.25" to .75" bushing

again many people opt for vinyl tube here, it's cheap and works just make sure it's tight! YOu can buy the metal screw on clamps at Home Depot or Lowes for a buck or so.
